A leading player in the energy sector is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to define, implement, and roll out a lightweight, federated scaled agile framework across the organization, aligned with the existing Product Operating Model.
Your responsibilities
Deliver the agile scaling transformation programme end-to-end
Take on an ad interim delivery enablement lead role, ensuring alignment between Product, Portfolio, and IT delivery
Drive the formalization of (secure) software development lifecycle standards and their integration into application lifecycle management
What we're looking for
Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, engineering, or a related field
10+ years in IT delivery, agile environments, or large product organizations
Proven track record implementing and running a scaled agile framework (SAFe) in a multi-country environment
Experience defining and improving delivery practices, frameworks, or operating models
Strong stakeholder management, able to influence senior stakeholders
Strategic yet pragmatic, results-oriented mindset
Good level of Dutch and/or French, and English
Required certifications (must-have)
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
Professional Scrum Master I & II (PSM I & II)
ICAgile Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)
