For a large Belgian enterprise in the energy sector we are looking for an experienced Business & Project Analyst who will drive the adoption of AI and automation, at the crossroads of business and IT.

Your role

• Help the business leverage new technologies (AI, automation) to work more efficiently
• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear requirements for the implementation teams
• Assess the value and feasibility of AI and automation use cases
• Coordinate the implementation of new technologies in cross-functional projects
• Act as ambassador for AI and automation within the organisation
• Train and support business users in adopting new tools

Your profile

• 9+ years of relevant experience as business/project analyst
• Master's degree in (commercial) engineering, science or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of AI and automation solutions on the market
• Hands-on experience implementing AI within a large company, preferably in a regulated environment
• Strong project management, analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent, solution-oriented and customer-focused team player
• Excellent Dutch and/or French, good English

• Location: Brussels, 2 days onsite per week
• Start: ASAP
