For a large Belgian enterprise we are looking for a Tech Coordinator who ensures technical alignment across multiple agile product teams. You act as the technical counterpart to the Product Leads; coordinating through influence, not hierarchy.

Your role

• Coordinate releases across teams: track blockers, dependencies, regression risks and rollback readiness
• Manage cross-team technical dependencies; facilitate resolution between Tech Leads and escalate only when needed
• Safeguard technical quality: quality gates, architecture compliance, testing and security checks before deployment
• Embed operational readiness (run & support) into release planning
• Surface technical risks, debt and impediments to the right governance forums (CIO, architecture boards)
• Provide cost and capacity input from the tech teams to support budget and resource planning

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
• 5–8 years of experience, including min. 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Experience managing Tech Leads in complex environments with large teams
• Strong knowledge of release management; familiar with compliance frameworks
• Experience in product-driven organisations with empowered, outcome-focused teams
• Strong communicator: you coordinate through influence, surface problems early and balance business urgency with technical rigour
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
