PROJECT/ Mission description: During 2025, the IT department defined the target state based on current and future needs of the organization. This resulted in a list of 130 gaps when compared to the as-is situation. These gaps range from people & organizational topics to technical IT topics. The purpose is to: Regularly update the target state and gaps as result of a.o. audits, business plan, tariff plan, regulatory changes, etc. Define roadmap to close the gaps, considering a.o. value, costs, urgency. Launch & deliver implementation initiatives. Guarantee consistency between IT & external initiatives (manage dependencies). The “Digital Upskilling” initiative is a major and high-priority initiative.
