We're looking for an HRIS Project Manager on consultancy basis to lead the implementation of HRIS tool Rippling.
An HRIS Project Manager leads the selection, implementation, and optimization of Human Resource Information Systems, bridging HR needs with IT capabilities. They manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, while overseeing system configuration, data migration, and training to ensure functional, secure, and compliant HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end implementation of HR system (Rippling) from planning to launch.
Needs Analysis: Translate primarily HR department requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and system configurations. Evaluate HR processes and procedures for HRIS integration.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and other internal stakeholders + external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals.
Data & Security: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security, including compliance with data protection regulations like GDPR.
Change Management: Create training materials and user manuals, conducting training sessions for stakeholders and employees.
Testing & Support: Conduct system testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and optimize system functionality post-implementation.
Profile requirements
Experience: Proven experience (often 5+ years) in HRIS implementation, project management, or systems analysis.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and HR data analytics, with end-to-end HR knowledge, familiarity in payroll, benefits, learning and development, T&A.
Skills: Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills, reporting & analytical skills.
Education: minimum a Bachelor’s degree in HR and or Business. , Business, or Information Systems.
Flexibility: used to operate in a fast-paced international organization.
Language skills: native Dutch & fluent in English.
Practical project details
Work regime : part-time project for 2-3 days per week
On-site presence required in Mechelen
