As a Senior Business Analyst (10 years of experience) in the Cash Management in close collaboration with the payments, your mission is to translate business challenges into smart, scalable, and user-centric payment solutions.
You play a central role in the Payment Excellence trajectory as senior cluster business analyst.
Your role includes leading the business analysis for initiatives that improve payment flows by increasing transparency, reducing exceptions.
You are central in shaping features, refining use cases and ensuring clarity throughout the development lifecycle. Project content:
Collaborate with the Product Owner to scope and structure analysis work aligned with the Payments’ strategic focus on excellence and client-centricity
Shaping refinements by providing data-driven insights and structured business analysis
Ensure these insights are translated into measurable data to measure the evolution of our KPI’s
Support the integrations, ensuring end-to-end coverage from initiation to resolution
Act as lead business analyst on initiative level
Analyse service requests and recurring issues raised by corporate clients
Lead refinement activities: engage stakeholders across different countries engaged in this initiative, document needs and ensure functional alignment across squads
As a senior business analyst, you are expected to be capable of managing your scope and milestones project based
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and ensure alignment across business, functional, and technical teams throughout the delivery cycle
Foster strong alignment across multi-entity working groups, especially global payment streams.
Mandatory knowledge and experience:
Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
Good expertise in MS Office
Good understanding of IT and testing
Experience with Agile working
Understanding of international payments processing and investigations
Experience with requirements management
Languages: French and English (Dutch is nice to have) Extra travels: Paris or Lisbon 1 max 2 per year Telework: 50% on site and 50% Remote
